I'm hoping we can develop a community here where everyone shares their knowledge, and people feel safe. That's the main reason I included the confidential Questions email at the end of the post. I've had people confide that they are afraid to ask questions in public forums because they've been insulted or just referred to FAQ pages with tons of additional information to wade through.
